The tribe certificate is issued to the petitioner with incorrect spelling of the caste and surname of the petitioner. The petitioner applied for tribe certificate with correct spelling on 7th September 2020. 2.

The petitioner shall submit the original tribe certificate with the incorrect spelling of the caste and her surname to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Dharmabad. On receipt of the original tribe certificate from the petitioner with incorrect spelling, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Dharmabad shall issue the tribe certificate to the petitioner with correct spelling of the caste and surname of the petitioner, within seven days from the date of submission of tribe certificate with incorrect spelling.
