Learned counsel for the applicant/insurer submits that seven claim petitions out of one and the same accident came to be disposed off by the Tribunal. There is delay occurred in all the appeals preferred against the said award passed by the Tribunal and in six of the said delay condonation applications, this Court has condoned the delay. Learned counsel for the applicant/insurer submits that there is no intentional delay, however, after receipt of the approval and completion of the offcial formalities, appeal has been preferred. There is delay of 330 days. The respondents have not seriously opposed the application.

In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and disposed off.
