The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application filed by the petitioner for issuance of tribe certificate is rejected by the Sub Divisional Officer. The petitioner has filed appeal before the scrutiny committee. The same is pending. The petitioner is exploring possibility of seeking admission in the professional course. 2.

We have also heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents.

In case, appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before the scrutiny committee, then the respondent / scrutiny committee shall take decision upon the appeal filed by the petitioner expeditiously and
