Heard. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 places on record affidavit-in-reply. According to him, number of similar crimes have been registered against the applicant. The present crime is one of series of crimes committed by her. He is, however, candid enough to concede that, except the statement of co-accised, there is no material against the present applicant in this matter. As such, it is a case of no material against the applicant which would be converted in admissible piece of evidence. Directing the applicant to face trial would be nothing but abuse of process.
