This petition is purportedly filed by and on behalf of the Mirai Bahuuddeshiya Vikas Sanstha, a Co-operative Society, through one of its Directors.

Although submissions are sought to be made to indicate that the impugned order dated 29.04.2025 passed by the Minister for Tribal Department is without jurisdiction, we put a specific query to the learned counsel for the Petitioner to demonstrate as to how the Petitioner in the present petition can be said to be Mirai Bahuuddeshiya Vikas Sanstha. This is because there is no document placed on record to indicate that the said Sanstha has passed any resolution authorising Ramakant Fakira Mahiragir,

( 2 ) 954 wp 8584.25 who claims to be one of its Directors, to file the present petition on behalf of the said Sanstha. Infact, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that there is nothing to show that such an authorisation has been made on favour of the aforesaid individual in order to file the present petition for and on behalf of the said Sanstha. It is also an admitted position that there are internal disputes in the Sanstha.

On this short ground, the Writ Petition cannot be entertained. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
