We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. The contention of the learned counsel is that the petitioners had appeared in the selection process, but the petitioners are not being issued the appointment and joining orders.

Learned AGP raised preliminary objection that the petitioners have an alternate remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In the light of that we are not inclined to consider the matter on merits.

Writ petitions are disposed of, with liberty to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy. All conditions are kept open. No costs.
