A compromise purshis between the petitioner and respondent No.3, has been arrived at, on 03/08/2022. Both the parties are present in the Court. Both are identified by their respective learned Advocates. Considering that the parties are illiterate, that we passed an order this morning by referring the parties to the learned Registrar (Judicial), for verification of their settlement terms. Report of the learned Registrar (Judicial), dated 03/08/2022, is placed before us. The compromise terms have been verified.

In view of the compromise terms 'X', this petition is disposed off.

Respondent Nos.1 and 2 would consider the said compromise terms, and proceed to disburse the amount in the light of the compromise terms.
