The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the application is made to respondent no.3 seeking affiliation for ANM course, the same is not decided. The application is made in July-2019.

Mr. Narwadkar, leaned counsel for respondent no.3 submits that respondent no.3 would decide the application of the petitioner within three months. The Board is not fully constituted. Within three months, the board would take decision upon it.

The learned counsel submits that admission program is not yet been declared.
