Petitioner is aggrieved by the orders dated 08/04/2021, passed by learned District Judge-1, Bhusawal, below applications Exhibits 6 and 15 in Regular Civil Appeal No.54/2019 and applications Exhibits 5 and 14 in Regular Civil Appeal No.55/2019, thereby rejecting applications filed by the petitioner appellant for stay to the execution, effect and operation of judgment and decree passed in Special Civil Suit Nos. 237/2014 and 263/2014, respectively and execution proceedings in Special Darkhast Nos. 12/2017 and 11/2017, respectively.

Having heard learned advocate for petitioner and learned advocate for respondents and on perusal of annexures to these writ petitions and impugned orders, so also, taking into consideration the fact that petitioner has shown his willingness to deposit entire decreetal amount along with interest at the rate of 9% per annum, as per calculations given by him at page Nos. 80 and 76 of these writ petitions respectively, writ petitions are allowed subject to the petitioner depositing amount given at page Nos. 80 and 76 of the writ petitions respectively, together with the interest calculated upto the date, within four weeks from today. 3.
On such deposit being made by the petitioner, the property which he has given by way of security shall stand discharged.
