By this application, the applicant has challenged the order dated 28.4.2014, passed by learned Extra Joint Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge, Parbhani in Criminal M.A. No. 252 of 2014, thereby granting pre-arrest bail to respondent No.2.

It appears from the impugned order that the learned Judge has observed that the allegations made against respondent No.2 are vague and no specific events are mentioned in the complaint and thus granted pre-arrest bail to respondent No.2.

The learned A.P.P. submits that investigation is concluded and the charge sheet came to be filed on 7.6.2014. In view of this, nothing survives for consideration in this application. Hence, the following order:-
