The Petitioners seek review of the order dated 16th July, 2015 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.6337 of 2015 thereby directing the State to release the tuition fees / examination fees of the students of the reserved category of ANM / GNM course admitted through CAP round for the academic years 2011-12 and 2012-13. By detailed order dated 13th October, 2017 passed in Review Application (Stamp) No.22465 of 2016 and other connected review applications, we have dismissed the review applications of the State.
