PER COURT :

1.

By these applications, the applicants pray for leave to carry out an amendment in terms of paragraph No. 12-A set out in these Civil Applications.

2.

Though the learned Advocates for the non-applicants opposed the said application, it is submitted that, subject to the liberty to enter an additional affidavit, the amendment could be allowed.

3.

In view of the above, these Civil Applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause- (B) only. The prayer at clause- (C) is not accepted.

4.

All contentions of the litigating sides in the Writ Petitions are kept open.

5.

Amendment shall be carried out on or before 13/08/2018, failing which, the liberty to amend shall stand

forfeited on 14/08/2018 without reference to the Court. 6.

The respondents are at liberty to enter additional affidavits, if so desired, on or before 31/08/2018. 7.

The learned AGP submits that Shri Dharmadhikari, learned Advocate has been appointed as a Special Advocate on behalf of the State and prays for 18/09/2018 in this matter. 8.
