Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

He draws attention to paragraphs no. 2, 3 and 4 of civil application giving reasons for delay occurred in filing second appeal.

Learned counsel for respondents opposes. He, however, is not in a position to challenge veracity of the reasons given in the application.
