Mr. Patil, the learned AGP submits that proposal is under active consideration of the Finance Department. This Court vide order dated 1.4.2015 has directed the respondent to decide the said proposal by 30.5.2015. However, some more time would be required to decide the said proposal. As such, two months time is solicited.
