Heard counsel for the applicant - original complainant and learned counsel for respondent - original accused. 2.

Counsel for applicant submits that after impugned order passed by the trial Court, for filing leave application against acquittal there has been delay of 20 days. He submits that the applicant is Co-operative Society and it took some time to get decision of the Managing Committee regarding filing of appeal. Thus, the delay may be condoned.

Learned counsel for respondent - original accused submitted that the delay is not properly explained. 4.

Perused Criminal Application No. 3406 of 2014 and present application for condonation of delay. In the interest of justice, for the reasons stated in the application, delay stands condoned.

Criminal Application No. 3407 of 2014 stands disposed of accordingly.

Criminal Application No. 3406 of 2014 be listed for admission hearing on 01-04-2015.
