The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to prefer a civil suit. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions. However, we make it clear that if the Petitioner files a civil suit and it turns out to be a vexatious cause of action, the court dealing with the said suit would be at liberty to impose exemplary costs on the Petitioner.
