Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondents.

Mr. Shelke, learned counsel for respondent nos.5 and 7 submits that respondent nos.5 and 7 had applied to the office of the Land Record for the measurement.

However, they have not been communicated about the quantum of the fees to be deposited.

The office of the Land Record shall within two weeks from today communicate respondent nos.5

(2) 42-wp-8474-2018 and 7 the amount to be deposited for measurement and thereafter measure the land. The respondent nos.5 and 7 shall thereafter proceed further as per the measurement report expeditiously.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
