The Petitioner seems to be a Court bird who keeps on filing petitions on the pretext of being a co-opted member of the Municipal Council at Partur. Without setting forth details as to what are the factors that would constitute purported misconducts committed by the then Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Partur, while in service, bald allegations have been made. 2.

A reference is made to a charge-sheet which is filed in Regular Criminal Case No.230 of 2022, in which Respondent No.4 is purportedly involved.

ble Supreme Court has time and again cautioned that in service matters, litigation of this nature should not be entertained. If Regular Criminal Case No.230 of 2022 is pending before the competent Court, the same would reach a logical end by following the due procedure. For that purpose, we need not entertain this petition on baseless allegations that Respondent No.4 is involved in a scam of sale of metal iron scrap material. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is dismissed. We proposed costs of Rs.25,000/-.

The Petitioner is present in the Court. The learned Advocate is instructed to say that the Petitioner would deposit Rs.5,000/- in this Court. As such, the cost amount is reduced from Rs.25,000/- to Rs.5,000/-, to be deposited in this Court, on or before 05.08.2023.
