Perused the investigation papers.

The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 81 of 2016 registered at Badnapur police station, District Jalna, for an offence punishable under Sections 326, 324, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4,25,27 of the Arms Act.

There is hardly any material to connect the present

2635.16crapln -2applicant to the crime in question, particularly in absence of any injury suffered by the complainant.

Apart from above, it is to be noted that Crime No. 82 of 2016 is registered against the complainant and his group members. 5.

In view of above, criminal application stands allowed in following terms:- (i) In the event of arrest, the applicant be released on bail in connection with Crime No. 81 of 2016 registered at Badnapur police station, District Jalna, for an offence punishable under Sections 326, 324, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4,25,27 of the Arms Act, upon furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount. (ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station initially on 11th June, 2016 between 10-00 a.m. and 12-00 noon and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer. [ N.W.
