Heard rival submissions.

The respective applicants, who are the original appellants, are seeking recalling of order dated 01/04/2024 passed by this court in their respective appeals, whereby they were asked to remove office objections within two weeks from the date of aforesaid order. Since the applicants could not remove the office objections within the stipulated period, their appeals were dismissed automatically as per the aforesaid order.

Though the learned counsel for the respondents in all these applications opposed the application, but the learned counsel for the applicants submitted that he would remove the office objections in all these matters within two weeks. In view of the same, all these applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause-B subject to cost of Rs.500/- each to be paid to the High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad within two weeks.

All the civil applications are disposed of accordingly. 5.
