After having heard learned counsel for the applicant, the Court expressed disinclination to grant relief to the applicant. Learned counsel for the applicant, therefore, came around for withdrawal of the application. 2.

In view of above, bail application stands disposed of as withdrawn. The trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If trial is not concluded within the time frame, the applicant is at liberty to revive his prayer for bail.
