By this petition, the petitioner seeks directions to respondent nos.1 to 3 to adjudicate his complaint and file the investigation report within stipulated time.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that by communication dated 08.05.2023 addressed by the District Deputy Registrar to Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Bhusawal, a report into the complaint of the petitioner was called for. According to the petitioner, till date this report is not submitted by the Assistant Registrar.

Learned APP has not received any instructions. 4.

The Criminal Writ Petition is, therefore, disposed of by directing the Assistant Registrar to conduct an enquiry and submit the report pursuant to the communication dated 08.05.2023, if not already submitted, within a period of 12 weeks from today.
