Heard learned A.P.P. for the State. Perused the Application as well as Judgment of the trial Court. Considered reasons recorded by the trial Court relating to appreciation of evidence. The learned A.P.P. submits that the Respondent-accused projected some other person as himself for extracting of blood and the evidence in this regard has not been properly

Looking to the evidence brought on record by the prosecution and the reasons recorded by the trial Court, matter needs to be reconsidered. There is arguable case.

As such, Application is allowed. Leave is granted. Application is converted into appeal. 4.

Appeal is Admitted.
