Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the contesting respondent Nanded Waghala City Municipal Corporation, Nanded placed on record a communication dated 28th March, 2019. Perusal of the said communication shows that the grievance of the petitioner is not only addressed to but also redressed in view of grant of all the benefits, as claimed by her.
