DATE : 07.01.2021 P.C.:- Learned counsel appearing for the applicants submitted that in the companion appeals, this Court has passed the order dated 11.10.2018. 2.

In view of above, the following order is passed:

ORDER

I) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

II) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 25% of the deposited amount

( 2 ) 942 ca 6455.20 on furnishing solvent security in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of thsi Court.

III) Balance amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank of the period till disposal of the appeals. iv) Applications for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of. [M.G. SEWLIKAR, J.] mub
