It appears that Respondent-Insurer has preferred appeal against the judgment and award passed by the learned Tribunal to the extent of quantum of compensation and contributory negligene. In view of the same and since the bread earner of the family met with accidental death, the applicants-original claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount, out of the compensation amount deposited before this Court, on furnishing an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
