Learned Advocate holding for Mr. Rajale Advocate submits that Mr. Rajale Advocate had filed leave note and Advocate Mr. Temkar was ill and therefore, they could not appear before the Court when the matter was on Board on 5th February 2024. 2.

Due the absence of the learned Advocate for the applicant, the application came to be dismissed. Now reason has been assigned for the absence and therefore, the said order is recalled. Criminal Application No.4377 of 2023 is restored.
