We had observed that if none appears for the petitioner, this Court would be constrained to dismiss the matter. Thereafter on 12.09.2018 also the matter was adjourned.

As none appears for the petitioner consistently, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Rule discharged. No costs.
