Learned advocate Shri. Shelke for petitioner submits that since 2019 representations are sent to the respondents for allowing the petitioner to fll in the posts of teachers. The same were not decided. Lastly the representation has been made on 24.5.2021. However, no action is taken by the Deputy Director of Education.

In case, the representation of the petitioner (page

13) is pending with respondent No. 2, respondent No. 2 shall decide the same expeditiously on it's own merits in accordance with law, preferably within a period of four months. 4.
