Appellant is sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for six months and fine of Rs.1,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 21 of POCSO Act. The applicant is on bail. There is no likelihood of hearing of the appeal in short time and therefore if the substantive sentence imposed against her is not suspended, the appeal shall become infructuous.

Hence, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clauses 'B' and 'C'. Applicant be released on bail on her furnishing PR bond 920.ca1814.23.odt

of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount.
