The civil application has been preferred by the applicants seeking withdrawal of the amount which has been deposited by the respondents before this Court in accordance with order of this Court dated 05th April, 2019.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader has tendered a chart showing the amount which has been deposited as against the individual applicants. The learned A. G. P. further submits that there is no objection for withdrawal of the amount subject to outcome of the petition.

Learned A. G. P. as far as other seventeen applicants are

The civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "D". The applicant Nos. 1 to 21 are allowed to withdraw the amount deposited as per statement tendered by the learned A. G. P. subject to the outcome of this petition. So also in view of the statement made by the learned A. G. P. in respect of seventeen applicants, the civil application is disposed of. [SHARMILA U.
