Heard learned AGP for the applicant - State and authority. It appears that conditional stay was granted. However, the amount of compensation could not be deposited within the stipulated time.

The learned AGP for the applicant - State and Acquiring Body seeks extension of time. He submits that the cheque of the compensation amount has been received and the same would be deposited within a period of two weeks.

In view of the same, the time to deposit the compensation amount is extended for a period of two weeks.
