Mr Kharosekar, learned Counsel for petitioner submits that respondent Nos.3 and 4 should verify the royalty passes issued by the auction purchaser. The petitioner was possessing valid royalty passes for transportation of the mines and minerals. 2.

The learned In-charge G.P. submits that the royalty payment was made after the seizure of the vehicle. 3.

Be that as it may, as limited relief is claimed, seeking direction against respondent Nos.3 and 4 to verify the royalty passes, we pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) Respondent Nos.3 and 4 may verify the royalty passes Gajanan

submitted by the petitioner (Exh.D) preferably within two weeks. (ii) Depending upon the verification of the royalty passes, further steps be taken by the parties.

(iii) Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
