Heard the learned counsel for Applicants and the learned counsel for Respondent sole.

The learned counsel for Applicants submits that the counsel representing the Applicants came to be admitted in the hospital due to Vericoz Vains disease and subsequently also diagnosed of neurological disorder. Thereafter, the condition of the learned counsel become critical and he was on ventilator for near about 1 and 1/2 year and died on 1st February, 2013. In the month of June 2014, the legal heirs of Applicant got knowledge about the demise of their counsel and thereafter, they preferred this application.

The learned counsel for Respondent sole has strongly opposed

933.odt the application by filing affidavit in reply of the Respondent. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the Applicants and for the reasons stated in the application, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) to (D). Civil application is accordingly disposed of.
