The petitioner only on 25.06.2021 has submitted proposal for validity. There is lethargy on the part of the petitioner in submitting the proposal of the petitioner for validation so late. The petitioner was aware in 11th standard that he is intending to take admission in the professional course. Now, at the eleventh hour is seeking direction against the Committee to decide the validation proceeding immediately.

The learned A.G.P. appears for both the respondents.

Considering that the petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course, the Committee, if it is possible for it, may, endeavour to decide the proceeding by end of August-2021. The petitioner may appear before the Committee on 06.07.2021.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
