ORDER :- This is an application for extension of time to carry out the amendment as allowed by order dated 2 May, 2022, in a batch of Writ Petitions being Writ Petition No. 3028/2021 and others. 2.

A perusal of the said judgment and order shows that the petitions were disposed of. However, this Court had directed the amendment to be carried out by addition of the Secretary, Rural Development Department, State of Maharashtra, as a respondent which the petitioner could not carry out.

Learned AGP states that in fact notice was waived on behalf of the Secretary Rural Development Department and the

{2} 909CA10681.22.odt petitions have also been finally disposed of. Thus, this is only to put the record straight by incorporating the amendment which was allowed and which remain to be carried out.

In such circumstances, the Civil Application is allowed. One week's time is granted to carry out the amendment by addition of the Secretary Rural Development Department, as a party respondent. SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J.
