2] The report received from the Assistant Police Inspector, Police Station, Jintur, in respect of execution of the bailable warrant issued against the respondent, would show that while appellant no.1 - Kundalik Gopalrao Darade had died five years back, appellant no.2 - Namdeo Suryabhan Nagare had died in Nashik Central Jail while
