1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

2] The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 0120/2024, registered at Washi Police Station, District Osmanabad, for the offences punishable under sections 354, 324, 323, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 92 (b) of Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.

3] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was protected by interim order dated 27th May, 2024. The learned counsel for the applicant further

submits that in terms of the said order, the applicant has cooperated with the investigation and the investigation is complete. The learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the basic allegations under Section 354 of the IPC is primarily against accused, namely, Laxman Baburao Limkar, who has been arrested and has been released on regular bail.

4] The learned counsel APP and the learned counsel for the informant strongly opposed the application. 5] Considering that the investigation qua the applicant is over and that further custodial interrogation of the applicant is not required and the accused, namely, Laxman Baburao Limkar has been released on bail, the interim protection granted by order dated 27th May, 2024 stands confirmed on the following conditions : i] The applicant shall attend the police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer. ii] The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. He shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case.

iiii] The applicant shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court.

6] In the event, the applicant violates any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled.

7] It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

8] The application stands disposed of.
