This is an application for condonation of delay of 392 days caused in filing the first appeal.

Perused the application and heard learned advocates for the respective parties. Learned advocate for the respondentsclaimants strongly objected the application. Considering the reasons stated in the application, it appears that the delay is not deliberate, therefore, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned in the interest of justice.

In first appeal, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 04.12.2025. Mr. Narwade h/f Mr. Kale, learned advocate, waives notice for respondent Nos. 1, 4 and 7.
