The grievance of the petitioner is that though the authorities have passed the orders in favour of the petitioner, the mutation entry is not efectuated and necessary orders are not passed by the respondents.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents and submits that in that case, the petitioner can approach to the Committee constituted under Circular dated 13th of February 2015.

The petitioner shall approach the Committee constituted under Circular dated 13th February 2015. The Committee shall within a period of one month from the receipt of the application of the petitioner take all necessary steps in the

WP No. 7507/21 matter.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
