An order was passed by the learned Vacation Judge on 08/05/2023, granting ad interim relief to the Petitioner with the observations that the relief would be subject to the result of the Writ Petition.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that, he has failed in the said selection process which was subject matter of the Writ Petition. The learned Standing Counsel for the Union of India submits that the Petitioner did not derive any benefit out of the ad interim order, since he has failed in the

5587.23wp (2) process. There was a subsequent advertisement and in that process, the Petitioner has succeeded.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off, as withdrawn on instructions. Needless to state, the adinterim relief granted earlier, loses it's efficacy and no equities would be created in favour of the Petitioner. (Y. G. KHOBRAGADE, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) sjk
