Today, the learned advocate submits on instructions from the petitioner that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition since he intends to make a representation to the employer in the light of the Departmental Enquiry

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off as withdrawn. We would not express any opinion as regards the desire of the petitioner to address his employer.
