Heard. The informant at the relevant time was blow 18 years of age. The fact is, however, that she married applicant No.5 Balbhim @ Vishal Lahu Ingale. Now she has attained majority. A certified copy of her affidavit filed before the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Nilanga has been placed on record. It is revealed therefrom that, she has been happily residing along with her husband and other in-laws at her matrimonial home. The couple is blessed with a child as well.

In view of the above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (C).
