Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the State.

The Petitioner has moved the representations to Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 dated 24.12.2021 and 07.01.2022 for according him the monetary benefits deemed promotion as well as consequential benefits. Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 did not take the decision on his representations. Hence, he seeks direction against them. 3.

Considering the facts narrated before this Court, we dispose of this writ petition by directing Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to take a decision on the representations of the petitioner dated 24.12.2021 and 07.01.2022 within a month from today.
