This matter was heard for some time. The learned advocate representing respondent No.2 informant submits, on instructions, that the I.O. has submitted 'A' Summary report, in so far as accused Nos. 1 and 2 (applicant Nos. 1 and 2 herein) are concerned. He would prefer to respond to the notice of the learned Magistrate on the 'A' Summary report by fling his protest application / say / written statement and oppose the 'A' summary report. To this extent, the present application is disposed of. 2.

Since, we expressed our disinclination, the learned advocate for applicant Nos. 3 and 4 herein had sought a pass over. After lunch session, when the matter is called out, the learned advocate submits that applicant Nos. 3 and 4 desire to withdraw this application.
