This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondents 2 and 3 or any other officer appointed by respondent no. 2 for the purpose of determination of application under section 28A of the Land Acquisition Act presented by petitioner on 08.11.2011, to take decision on the application presented by petitioner referred to above, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today and it is accordingly directed. On re-determination of amount of compensation, respondent no. 4 is directed to pay the amount as per said determination by the Collector, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of the decision. With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
