Heard. Perused pleadings in the petition, grounds taken therein, reply filed by respondents No.2 and 3 and in particular, paragraphs 3 and 4 thereof. We are not inclined to entertain the petition and the same is rejected.

However, we grant liberty to the petitioner to file a representation to the respondent No.2 within one week from today. Upon receipt of such representation, respondent No.2 to decide the same, in accordance with law, within four weeks from the date of receipt of the same.
