Learned counsel for respondent no. 2 states on instructions that condition number 8.3(10) quoted at serial no. (ii) in paragraph no. 16 of the petition has already been deleted. In this view of the matter, grievance raised by petitioner in the instant petition stands substantially redressed. Petitioner submits that he has made application to respondent-authority to reconsider the quantum of earnest money deposit prescribed in the tender conditions. It would be open for the respondents to consider the request and we do not propose to offer our comments in that regard. Writ petition stands disposed of.
