This is an application for bringing legal representatives of the petitioner on record. The petitioner died on 05.03.2022. The application is filed on 08.06.2022. However, there is no prayer for condonation of delay of particular days. However, considering the nature of the application, the learned Advocate is permitted to carry out amendment and add prayer seeking condonation of particular days of delay in filing application for bringing the legal representatives on record. 02.

Heard the parties. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B). The delay caused in filing the application also stands condoned.
