We have heard the learned advocate for petitioners. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 raises a preliminary objection that, the petitioners have remedy before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal.

In view of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions of the parties are kept open. No costs.
